Parish church of St. Magdalene

In 1670 Petar Zrinski had the parish church of St. Magdalene built close to the castle. Built in the baroque style, the church was enclosed together with the castle by a fortifying wall. Numerous subsequent reconstructions have changed the original appearance of the church and diminished its original value. The church is regularly used for service.

The church of St. Mary

The church of St. Mary in the picturesque village of Velika Lešnica, situated on the slopes of the Kupa Valley, is among the oldest religious monuments. It is of relatively large proportions, with a massive bell tower on its northeastern side.
